Be In The Present Moment
By focusing on your breath in movement you can feel deeper into the present moment and train yourself how to do this off your mat as well. Feeling, living and being in the present moment helps free yourself from stress and chaos.
(Please note: The live feed for this class was unexpectedly cut off and I was not able to resume it. This happened about 45 minutes into the class, just before I would have guided you into deep relaxation. So from the last posture, relax on your back for a few minutes before leaving your mat please.)
Standing Upper Body Flow
This class flows through a series of standing postures designed to open your upper body and ends with a couple of calming heart opening postures.
Quick Flow
Move through 16 minutes of postures that are designed to give you an overall opening in your body.
Open to Your Truth, Your Inner Flow
This class will help you open to your truth (reality and awareness), by feeling into your inner flow. This is created with stretching long integrated lines of muscles and connective tissues.
Hatha Personal Power Series, Class 8
Stretching your neck, shoulders and mid back all help open your heart centre and allow you to give gratitude to events, people and situations that pull you out of your centre. Try it out in this class!
Hatha Personal Power Series, Class 7
Grab a chair and an extra mat and get ready to find inner flow and greater happiness with this class!
Hatha Personal Power Series, Class 6
This class is designed for you to connect to your soul level so you may continue moving forward in your life and rising above turmoils of energy.
Quick Relief of Tight Neck & Shoulders
This is a short class to relieve tightness in your neck, shoulders and overall in your upper body.
Hatha Personal Power Series, Class 5
Raise your energetic frequency and create greater heart connection in your life to elevate above negative emotions. This class will focus on opening your upper body and enable deeper heart opening.
Hatha Personal Power Series, Class 4
The focus of this week's class is about bandas, energetic locks. Flow through postures and learn how important bandas are for creating stronger personal power!
Hatha Personal Power Series, Class 4
Removing stagnant energy and increasing your prana can make you feel amazing and strengthen your personal power. Try it out in this class!
Hatha Personal Power Series, Class 2
This class will take you through deeply grounding postures so your mind can calm and open to its neutral, intuitive processing, which is your next step to activating your personal power.
Flow of Standing Postures… and Then On Your Back
This title says it all! You will flow from an invigorating sequence of standing postures to calming postures on your back.
Hatha Personal Power Series, Class 1
Welcome to the start of the Personal Power Series! This class will take you on a journey of grounding and sensory postures.
A Flow of Doggies and then Sloooowwing Down
This class starts with a flow of energizing postures that move in and out of downward dog to invigorate and revitalize your energy. Then the class slows down with very relaxing postures to quieten your energy. Enjoy the ride! You need an extra rolled mat or towel.
Seated Practice & Deep Relaxation
Sometimes in a class it's so nice to do postures that are only seated and laying on your mat. This class will give you a full stretch, plus a deep relaxation!
Standing Chair Flow
Sometimes it’s great to do yoga somewhere else other than on your mat! Stand up and grab a chair (or use your sofa) and join me for a revitalizing and quick class! (Don't let the name of the class fool you. You will feel a great stretch and opening in your body!)
Get Movin’ in the Morning (or anytime)
This class will take you through a gentle flow of postures that are perfect for a morning practice, or anytime you’d like a quick class!
Hatha Transformation Series, Class 11
In the final class of this series, you will explore commitment and letting go of an emotion. You will flow through deep breathing and expansion in your body. Personally, I loved this sequence today! You need a chair and a rolled mat or towel.
Hatha Transformation Series, Class 10
Through postures that open your entire body, you will awaken to the needs and wants of your future self. This class will give you guidance and help you on your next step of transformation.
