Need help to start your first class?

I totally understand and I’m here to guide you through the steps.

Step 1:
Go to the Classes page, but before you do, please read through this.
There are 5 easy steps in total.

Step 2:
On the Classes page is the list of Zenergy Live classes. Decide if you want to sign up for a single class (48 hour access) or for a monthly subscription (which gives you unlimited access to all of the Zenergy Live classes).

If you would like to sign up for a single class:
Scroll down to the video that you would like to purchase. You will have 48 hour access. (At the top of the first video you will see links to categories to make your selection faster, if you like.)

If you would like to sign up for a monthly subscription:
Scroll down to ANY video. The first one will work - or any video - since you will have access to all Zenergy Live classes.

Step 3:
Press the BUY button at the bottom of the video. Here’s an example of one of the videos and at the bottom of the video image is the BUY button in the colour orange.

Step 4:
After you press the BUY button, this window will pop up.

Step 5:
At the top of this pop up block, notice LOG IN and beside it SIGN UP. Press SIGN UP.
This will then prompt you to create an account.

Enter your email, password and follow the other prompts relating to the Terms and Conditions.

You will see the option to purchase a single class or a monthly subscription. Single class will give you 48 hour access. The monthly subscription gives you unlimited access to all of the Zenergy Live videos.

Select which purchase option you would like and then follow the payment prompts.

You only need to SIGN UP one time. After you SIGN UP you will have an account set-up and you will LOG IN with future use.
