Be In The Present Moment
By focusing on your breath in movement you can feel deeper into the present moment and train yourself how to do this off your mat as well. Feeling, living and being in the present moment helps free yourself from stress and chaos.

Live Your Truth

Standing Upper Body Flow
This class flows through a series of standing postures designed to open your upper body and ends with a couple of calming heart opening postures.
Quick Flow
Move through 16 minutes of postures that are designed to give you an overall opening in your body.
Open to Your Truth, Your Inner Flow
This class will help you open to your truth (reality and awareness), by feeling into your inner flow. This is created with stretching long integrated lines of muscles and connective tissues.
Acceptance of Truth
It can be very difficult to face our inner truth, our Sat Nam (reality), in our lives. Sometimes this means that we can't help others, even when we so desperately want to help. This class helps you open to your truth and live your truth.
Hatha Personal Power Series, Class 8
Stretching your neck, shoulders and mid back all help open your heart centre and allow you to give gratitude to events, people and situations that pull you out of your centre. Try it out in this class!
Kundalini Personal Power Series, Class 8
How to get back to your place of centre when you have been pulled away from it. This is the class theme, which is also an important and practical lesson for feeling into your personal power! Special version of mantra today! Watch and sing along.

Quick Relief of Tight Neck & Shoulders
This is a short class to relieve tightness in your neck, shoulders and overall in your upper body.
Hatha Personal Power Series, Class 5
Raise your energetic frequency and create greater heart connection in your life to elevate above negative emotions. This class will focus on opening your upper body and enable deeper heart opening.
