I am a yoga geek…
My journey started in 2004 and has been full of yoga training and education. To say that I am completely fascinated with the science, physiology and psychology of yoga, would be an understatement. I am a certified teacher of Hatha Yoga (posture based) and Kundalini Yoga (meditation and energy), and I have advanced training in Nidra and Restorative Yoga (deep relaxation). I am also a certified teacher of Foundation Training and have invested significant time with Anatomy Trains to study the movement of the human body.
My teaching style is slow paced, insightful and offers practical cuing and guidance. I share advice for every day living based on yogic philosophy and teach you how to feel more into your being. I make the experience about you, wherever you are in your life, so you can achieve quick and lasting results.
Off the mat, you will find me trail running, mountain biking, road cycling, hiking or walking around in nature.
